Playboy Casino to Re-open

Casino fans in the UK will be pleased to hear the news that possibly two new playboy themed casinos may open in London. The Playboy casinos were popular with celebrities and gamblers in the 1960s and plans are in place for the world famous brand to return to London.

The Casinos are planned to be open by 2010 are will attract thousands of visitors. Roulette, Poker and Blackjack tables will be available for gamers to enjoy, as well as restaurants and music. The former Playboy casino was shut 27 years ago but will now make a welcomed return to the City of London.

The Playboy Franchise has built its self up through success in the Adult magazine Industry and has in recent years has expanded into, a TV channel, Clothing lines and now Casinos. Owner Hugh Hefner has also setup a large casino and hotel complex in Las Vegas which is out performing any other Vegas casino.

The former Playboy club, based in Mayfair, attracted a wide range of top celebrity name including George Best, Muhammad Ali and Jack Nickleson. The new casino will no doubt attract some famous names and Hefner has apparently already planned an opening party! The company plan to expand the number of casino’s further by building a site in China and various other clubs in Europe.
